How can I order ?

You can quite easily obtain a bid or order via email, the online store or by phone.
When you order an article, we shall immediately check whether it is on stock.
You will then receive an order confirmation from us by mail, in which we ask you to comply with the payment by means of a bank transfer.

Of course you can also pay online via our payment partners (Bancontact, VISA, Master Card, iDeal, PayPal, Sofort), which is simpler.
The goods are sent immediately, unless you prefer to collect them yourself in our warehouse by appointment.

 

What are my shipping costs ?

We work closely with Bpost. Your purchase is carefully packed.
The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days, if the goods are on stock.
For larger quantities we are looking for the appropriate solution.
Shipping is free or orders over 150 euros.

 

 

Can I pick up the mannequins myself ?

Yes, you can safely pick up your order at our address in Antwerp (Deurne – Belgium) by appointment  tel. +32(0)477/40.36.25.
Of course you can also request a visit to our warehouse.

What can I do if the order with delivery arrives damaged ?

We pack the goods carefully and control everything thoroughly before delivery, so that at this stage rarely anything goes wrong. However, during transport something can occur. In this exceptional case however, we are not responsible for damage or loss.
